Bus Technician (HV)

About this position

Do you enjoy working on large vehicles, troubleshooting and getting vehicles safely back into operation? As our organisation grows, we are looking for a bus technician to join our friendly Rijsenhout team. Weekends are yours.

Maintaining large and electric vehicles

As a bus technician, you work on vehicles that need to remain safe and reliable in daily operation. You combine mechanical servicing with diagnosing technical and electrical faults. You assess problems, perform checks and work with colleagues on appropriate repairs before a vehicle is put back into service. Any high-voltage work must follow the relevant training, authorisation and safety requirements.

What will you do?

• Maintain and repair (electric) buses and commercial vehicles
• Diagnose and resolve faults
• Keep vehicles safe and reliable for operation

What do you bring?

• Technical aptitude and interest in heavy vehicles
• Experience with trucks or commercial vehicles
• Ability to work independently and support your colleagues
• Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and aviation security clearance (VGB)

A plus if you have (or want to obtain):

• Commercial vehicle technician qualification
• Category D driving licence
• STEK certification
